Abstract

L'intensité de la concurrence s'accroit dans le secteur des légumes transformés en France et en Bretagne, qui est l'une des principales régions de production du pays. Dans cette perspective, les stratégies des entreprises visent à renforcer leurs relations avec l'amont, à améliorer leurs conditions d'approvisionnement en matières premières agricoles (prix, qualité) et à développer des stratégies industrielles d'innovation et d'internationalisation (investissements directs à l'étranger et exportations).
