Abstract

Le Danemark a foi dans l'avenir de sa filière porcine. Le pays investit dans sa conquête de marchés extérieurs, dans la qualité de ses produits depuis l'élevage jusqu'aux produits élaborés, dans sa compétitivité économique et dans la qualité de son environnement. Toutes ces dimensions stratégiques de filière sont prises en compte depuis de nombreuses années. Les préoccupations de marché des industriels fondent la dynamique de la filière et conditionnent les efforts en élevage comme dans l'industrie en matière de qualité et de compétitivité. Les questions d'environnement sont traitées depuis longtemps, ce qui évite au Danemark de considérer cet aspect de la production comme un facteur critique limitant.
