Abstract

Après la révolution agricole bretonne des années 50, liée au développement de l'industrie agroalimentaire, la région est confrontée à un nouveau défi : celui de la qualité dans la production agroalimentaire, dans le respect de l'environnement et dans l'occupation du territoire. Pour mener à bien cette nouvelle politique les acteurs sont nombreux, certains issus de la première révolution (les agriculteurs, les entreprises agroalimentaires) qui doivent redéfinir leur rôle dans les évolutions futures ; et de nouveaux acteurs (les groupes de la distribution, les détenteurs de capitaux, les consommateurs, les usagers de l'espace rural) qui expriment à leur manière le contexte nouveau, sous ses différentes facettes, qui prévaut désormais.
