Pratique des alliances et constitution d'un actif stratégique dans les coopératives agricoles

Abstract

Dans le cadre d'une approche à caractère évolutionniste, l'auteur étudie les pratiques d'alliances horizontales des coopératives agricoles de l'ouest de la France (1987 à 1999). Il montre qu'elles structurent les trajectoires de développement des coopératives en permettant la création, la diffusion et l'appropriation de ressources et de compétences. Pour les coopératives qui en font le levier de leur développement, cette pratique conduit à la constitution d'un véritable actif stratégique qui résulte d'un apprentissage organisationnel et managérial.
