Exigences de la justice sociale en agriculture

Abstract

A partir de l'exemple de l'agriculture, l'auteur montre comment le "credo néo-libéral" a conduit à une déresponsabilisation des divers acteurs économiques vis-à-vis de l'objectif de la justice sociale. En effet, le marché est censé assurer la convergence des intérêts individuels vers l'intérêt collectif. Or les conditions sous lesquelles les mécanismes de marché fonctionnent pour le bien de tous ne sont pas vérifiées. Ceci conduit l'auteur à penser que seule une attitude responsable de tous, c'est-à-dire une attitude ne niant pas l'intérêt du marché mais intégrant nécessairement les devoirs qu'imposent ses limites, permettra de sortir de la crise.
