Abstract

Le présent article a pour objectif d'apporter un éclairage nouveau sur les enjeux d'une taxation des importations communautaires de matières premières non céréalières, à I'intérieur de la CEE et sur les marchés mondiaux. Ce problème a déjà fait l'objet de nombreuses études. On peut citer par exemple Hillberg (1984), Surry et Moschini (1984), De Veer (1984), McKinzie, Paarlberg er Huerta (1986), Mahé et Munk (1987), Huyser et Meyers (1985) et Von Vitzke et Houck (1987). Cependant, tous ces travaux présentent des limites qu'il s'agit ici de dépasser.
