Abstract

Au seuil de l'Europe du Grand Marché Unique, il est encore très prématuré de parler d'Euroconsommateur. En dépit des métissages qui s'opèrent entre pays membres, les niveaux de développement économique encore disparates, les évolutions sociétales encore inégales et, d'une façon plus large, l'histoire des entités géographiques respectives et les rapports des hommes au temps et à l'espace ont modelé des comportements alimentaires fondamentalement distincts.
