Abstract

Les récentes opérations de rachats ou tentatives de rapprochement de certaines enseignes de distribution marquent indéniablement une volonté de disposer d'une structure économique et commerciale suffisamment forte pour répondre aux objectifs de mondialisation. Les rachats de Spar par Intermarché, de Franprix (Leader Price) par Casino, de Prisunic par Monoprix, l'alliance de Leclerc avec Système U, et plus récemment l'OPA-OPE amicale de Carrefour sur son allier, les Comptoirs Modernes, contribuent à la nouvelle dimension du commerce de détail non spécialisé français.
