Abstract

L'apprentissage des aliments est l'un des premiers et des plus importants pour l'homme. Outre le fait qu'il répond à un besoin physiologique, il procure une dimension plaisir, tangible et intangible, à travers des valeurs fonctionnelles, instrumentales et terminales (théorie du chaînage cognitif). Plusieurs facteurs peuvent influencer le comportement alimentaire de l'enfant : ses pairs, la publicité, le contexte socioculturel, les parents, les institutions scolaires ou de garde..., ce sont là des facteurs personnels, inter-personnels et socio-culturels.
