Abstract

L'innovation est parfois présentée comme une séquence de phases relativement étanches. Le design thinking propose de briser cette approche en silo et de mixer au plus tôt différentes compétences en tenant compte à la fois de l'expérience de l'utilisateur, de la faisabilité technique et de la viabilité financière. La méthodologie cherche à éviter l'échec de projets d'innovation et propose un renouvellement des méthodes de développement de nouveaux produits et de services. Elle s'est développée dans les années 2000 au départ de la Californie et rencontre un succès croissant notamment lors de la préparation de projets entrepreneuriaux.
