Abstract

D'abord, le concept d'intrapreneuriat met en jeu des valeurs : sens du risque, responsabilité, volonté de changement. Il valorise ensuite des comportements : acceptation des risques, prise d'initiatives et de responsabilités, travail en équipe. Il prône enfin des mises en situation spécifiques : essaimage, start-up internes, projets, etc. Mais qui transmettra ces valeurs et attitudes ? Comment préparer ceux qui souhaitent vivre ces situations entrepreneuriales ? Comment développer les bons comportements, de façon cohérente et sans provoquer de rupture ou d'exclusions ? Rien ne peut remplacer la multiplication des rencontres et des échanges avec des créateurs d'entreprise, répond l'auteur…
