Abstract

Le plan gouvernemental pour valoriser le travail social du 21 octobre 2015 propose de discipliDans les PME étudiées, le cadre de référence communautaire, caractérisé par un emploi durable des salariés, place le travail, les échanges et le collectif au centre de l'organisation. La santé au travail et la performance résultent d'une GRH pragmatique focalisée sur la reconnaissance et l'accompagnement des compétences enracinées sur le réel. Nous retrouvons là, ce que décrit Clot (2010), « le plaisir du travail bien fait est la meilleure prévention contre le stress : il n'y a pas de bien-être sans bien faire ».
