Délibération ouverte et management

Abstract

Pour Aristote, la délibération est le débat qui permet de choisir, dans la contingence des situations, ce qui conduit à un bien pour l'homme. Toutefois, le management scientifique moderne s'est désintéressé de la délibération. Si la maîtrise des techniques de management permet de défendre une image, une position, une telle maîtrise ne prédispose pas à l'ouverture à autrui et à la contingence. C'est pourquoi un recul anthropologique et phénoménologique est ici proposé afin de retrouver la voie de la délibération ouverte.
