Abstract

L'auteur ajoute aux concepts de valeur pour l'actionnaire et de valeur pour le client, le concept de valeur interne. L'article présente les méthodes à l'aide desquelles les entreprises s'organisent pour créer de la valeur. Généralement ces méthodes sont fondées sur un schéma de processus transversal. Ces démarches sont ensuite situées dans le contexte économique actuel qui impose la flexibilité, et sont évoquées les pratiques qui permettent d'accroître la flexibilité des organisations
