Abstract

Dans bien des PME, le recours au conseil implique de nombreuses transformations qui peuvent parfois remettre en cause profondément le fonctionnement classique de la PME : le conseil induit souvent de formaliser ce qui est informel, d'expliciter ce qui est implicite, de "procéduraliser" ce qui est processuel...On dira que le conseil peut être un facteur de dénaturation de la PME. En proposant un cas d'illustration de dénaturation de la PME par le recours au conseil, les auteurs veulent montrer les contradictions et les ambivalences entre les objectifs de compétitivité et la volonté de préserver l'identité de la PME.
