Abstract

La lutte contre la pauvreté constitue l'objectif principal de la plupart des organisations non gouvernementales. Elle s'inscrit aussi bien dans le tiers-monde que dans le quart-monde. Parfois, les ONG sont impliquées dans le combat pour la dignité de l'homme par la réduction du fléau de la faim, de la misère ou de la précarité. Elle concerne de nombreuses ONG, dont l'Armée du Salut, Samaritan's Purse, Caritas Internationalis (Secours catholique), OXFAM, CARE, Le secours populaire français, le Groupe SOS, l'enfant Bleu, la chaine de l'espoir, les enfants du Mékong et Aide et Action.
