Abstract

De nos jours, de plus en plus de salariés et d'étudiants considèrent l'entrepreneuriat comme une alternative pour réaliser des projets qui leur apparaissent plus conformes à leurs aspirations et plus adaptés au monde actuel. Ils s'engagent aussi dans cette voie pour s'épanouir dans leurs vies personnelle et professionnelle. Mais l'entrepreneuriat est une discipline dont il faut maîtriser les règles et les subtilités afin de parvenir à concrétiser ses projets et à les pérenniser. Articulé autour de la notion de processus et axé sur les principales situations entrepreneuriales, l'auteur analyse en profondeur les thèmes suivants : • profil et caractéristiques de l'entrepreneur ; • innovation et création de valeur ; • entrepreneuriat social ; • création d'entreprise et d'activité ; • reprise d'entreprise, croissance et transition ; • intrapreneuriat ; • validation et structuration des projets. Ce manuel aborde les concepts clés de l'entrepreneuriat. Il apporte des éléments théoriques, méthodologiques et pratiques, sous la forme d'illustrations et de mini cas indispensables à la compréhension des enjeux et à la mise en oeuvre de tout projet entrepreneurial.
