Abstract

Catastrophes aériennes, contaminations agroalimentaires, désastres financiers, accidents industriels, conflits sociaux... Les crises révèlent les failles des entreprises. Comment éviter cette situation au cœur de la tourmente ? Cet ouvrage aide à élaborer un plan de gestion de crise. Avant la crise : il faut évaluer votre exposition à ces crises redoutées et votre niveau de préparation pour mettre en place des dispositifs de prévention. Pendant la crise : vous devez détecter l'entrée en crise, piloter et coordonner la réaction, et communiquer à bon escient. Après la crise : il est indispensable d'apprendre et de capitaliser pour transformer votre organisation. L'auteur fournit des matrices de réflexion et propose des outils d'analyse et d'intervention tels que diagnostic de crise et composition d'une cellule de crise. Vous pourrez ainsi relever le défi de la préparation aux crises : penser l'impensable avant qu'une crise ne s'en charge, apprendre à communiquer pour éviter la rumeur et donner un sens à la crise. Cette nouvelle édition s'est enrichie d'exemples récents qui ont marqué le début du XXIe siècle (attentats du World Trade Center, AZF, crash du Concorde, affaire Enron...) pour aller plus loin dans les méthodes et les outils proposés aux managers à la recherche de points de repères dans une société hantée par les risques majeurs. Ce livre concerne les dirigeants, responsables communication, animateurs de cellules de crise, consultants en gestion de crise, tant dans le secteur privé que public.
