Abstract

A l'heure d'un intérêt croissant pour la valorisation boursière de l'entreprise, cet ouvrage offre des solutions pratiques pour les chefs d'entreprise, les analystes financiers et les étudiants. Non seulement il présente les bases théoriques et un exemple pratique du calcul de la valeur, mais il explique comment utiliser au mieux les ressources internes de la firme pour renforcer son avantage concurrentiel. Il explique également les méthodes de choix d'intégration verticale et d'internationalisation pour minimiser les coûts de transaction, avec des exemples pratiques. Il fournit les clés de la méthode du management des coûts par activités (Activity Based Management) qui sert d'instrument de pilotage de la stratégie de l'entreprise.
