Abstract

La notion de management d'équipe est aujourd'hui incontournable dans les organisations. Au-delà des concepts, tout manager a besoin d'éprouver sa pratique. Fruit d'un travail collectif d'auteurs qui ont tous un parcours d'enseignant et de praticien, cet ouvrage propose un tableau général du management d'équipe et de ses enjeux dans l'entreprise moderne. Après une étude de l'arrière-plan théorique, notamment à travers les acquis de la psychologie sociale et les mutations du management, les auteurs abordent plus particulièrement les équipes en position hiérarchique, les équipes projets et les équipes transnationales. Management d'équipe s'adresse non seulement aux étudiants (écoles de commerce et autres formations à la gestion) qui pourront acquérir des notions utiles pour la compréhension de la gestion des ressources humaines, mais aussi aux professionnels soucieux d'avoir des repères dans l'exercice de leur fonction d'encadrement.
