Abstract

La diversification des productions en agriculture, et en particulier en elevage, peut se realiser au niveau de l'exploitation ou a celui de la region. Ceci pose des problemes de definition et de mesure. Les formes de la diversification dans l'exploitation font l'objet d'une typologie, selon le degre de modification du systeme d'exploitation et la presence ou non d'activites complementaires a l'agriculture. La derniere partie aborde les contraintes et les conditions de realisation de la diversification: sur la terre, le financement et les equipements, le travail et les debouches.
