Abstract

En l'absence de but lucratif, les associations ont souvent à arbitrer entre des attentes fort différentes. En posant a priori tout ou partie de ces arbitrages, le projet contribue à des gestions plus délibérées et plus cohérentes. Mais, encore faut-il préciser avec qui le concevoir, avec qui le partager et avec qui le négocier; ces décisions dessinant différentes manières de concevoir et de gérer l'organisation associative.
