Abstract

Les auteurs utilisent un modèle d'équilibre général avec changement structurel et croissance endogène, pour expliquer l'évolution de l'agriculture dans une économie de marché. Les principales originalités du modèle sont la non homothéticité des préférences qui permet de reproduire l'effet d'Engel, et un progrès technique qui se fait à des rythmes différents, dans les trois secteurs considérés, par un effet de "learning-by-doing". Le modèle est calibré pour reproduire la situation française après 1945.
