Abstract

Cette communication précise le conflit potentiel entre les mesures de précaution relatives à la biosécurité et à la libéralisation du commerce. Ceci s'illustre dans le cas de l'implémentation du principe de précaution relative à la commercialisation des Organismes génétiquement modifiés (OGM). On examine ensuite dans quelle mesure l'Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC) permet une telle implémentation et de quelle manière une meilleure intégration internationale des mesures européennes pourrait être obtenue.
