Abstract

Les auteurs proposent une simulation comptable, appliquée à la région Bretagne, de différents scénarios de réorientation du soutien public à la production de viande bovine. Les aides à l'hectare sont particulièrement étudiées ainsi que leur effet sur le revenu agricole. L'analyse se prolonge par un modèle micro-économique incluant un continuum d'aides : depuis celle à la tête de cheptel jusqu'à l'aide à l'hectare. Leur effet à moyen terme sur le prix du foncier est analysé.
