Abstract

Cet article propose une méthode pour optimiser les interactions du patrimoine de connaissances de l'entreprise avec le système de veille scientifique, technique ou économique. Généralisant un cas concret mené au CEA, la méthode propose de partir d'une modélisation du domaine (une modélisation MKSM dans l'exemple de l'article) pour dégager des axes stratégiques de recherche d'informations pour la veille scientifique et technique. Cette méthode repose sur trois phases : Projection (mise en correspondance des connaissances de l'entreprise avec l'environnement ; Renseignement : de la collecte d'informations à l'élaboration de corpus d'informations et enfin Création de connaissances : élaboration de nouvelles connaissances grâce à des actions de représentation, de recoupement et d'interprétation. Cette méthode s'intègre parfaitement dans les processus de veille actuellement utilisés en entreprise. Elle s'ouvre sur la mise en place d'un processus opérationnel de gestion des connaissances intégrant l'environnement de l'entreprise
