Abstract

Contributions méthodologiques et valorisation pratique d'une recherche-action doctorale sur papiers en CIFRE : un retour d'expérience qualitatif et réflexif Résumé : Ce papier propose un retour réflexif sur la réalisation d'une thèse sur papiers en recherche-action. Ce retour d'expérience met en lumière le potentiel combinatoire de la recherche-action, possiblement en CIFRE, avec le format de thèse sur papiers. Il propose méthodologiquement de considérer les papiers comme des actions sur le terrain, et formule quatre recommandations à destination des jeunes chercheurs optant pour ce format. Il discute ces contributions et la valorisation pratique d'une telle recherche, avant d'ouvrir le débat sur la pertinence de ce format et de cette méthodologie pour les pays d'Afrique francophone où la recherche en gestion est peu (visible et peu) structurée.
