Abstract

Cette recherche a pour objet d'étudier l'intégration de l'Enseignement Assisté par Ordinateur (EAO) dans la formation en cours d'emploi. L'étude s'articule en deux parties, théorique et pratique. En premier lieu, elle montre l'importance d'une approche en termes d'efficacité interne de la formation, et donc d'une analyse du rapport coût-efficacité. Appréhender le rapport coût-efficacité signifie aborder la structure et la problématique générale des coûts de l'EAO. Parallèlement à l'évolution des coûts, il s'agit d'étudier l'efficacité de l'EAO, c'est-à-dire évaluer les effets quantitatifs et qualitatifs de sa mise en oeuvre sur les trois protagonistes de la formation : les formés, le formateur et le système de formation.
