Une stratégie de recherche constructiviste appliquée aux services culturels: l'exemple du Musée olympique, de son concept et de ses profils types de visiteurs

Abstract

Le Musée olympique a été conçu par Juan Antonio Samaranch pour être une vitrine traditionnelle de l'olympisme. Mais le Musée olympique est également un « objet culturel » défini par les visiteurs en fonction de leur histoire et de leur expérience. Une étude qualitative, inscrite dans une perspective constructiviste, a été réalisée. L'analyse d'entretiens en profondeur auprès de visiteurs a d'abord permis d'induire un modèle du service « Musée olympique » articulé autour de trois dimensions que sont « un espace à s'approprier », « une mémoire réappropriée » et « une production expérientielle ». Une seconde analyse compréhensive a permis d'induire six représentations symboliques propres à des profils spécifiques de visiteurs. La reconnaissance de ces profils symboliques conduit à envisager une nouvelle approche du marketing des services culturels.
