Freins et motivations à l'utilisation d'Internet : Une exploration par le biais de métaphores

Abstract

Cette étude empirique s'intéresse aux freins et motivations des non-utilisateurs d'Internet face à l'innovation que constituent les autoroutes de l'information et à leur contenu commercial. A l'intérieur d'une approche interprétative, un protocole de recherche original est privilégié. Il fait appel à des jeux de métaphores, et plus spécifiquement à la technique du portrait chinois, afin de sonder l'imaginaire de la majorité profane. Une analyse de leurs perceptions et représentations apporte un éclairage sur le potentiel de succès de l'innovation.
