Abstract

On compare les critères de choix identifiés par quatre méthodes pour deux catégories de produit, l'un globalement impliquant, l'autre non. Le nombre de critères identifié par les méthodes est plus faible quand l'implication est faible. Par ailleurs, la convergence entre les méthodes est meilleure pour le produit faiblement impliquant. En revanche, une seconde expérimentation, identique mais menée sur la base des scores individuels d'implication, ne permet pas de reproduire les résultats précédents.
