Abstract

Cet article, met l'accent sur une perspective de recherche originale, sur la stratégie de nouveaux produits, qui demeure encore relativement inexplorée quoique fondamentale. L'auteur explore, à partir de la littérature, la dynamique de la stratégie de nouveaux produits et la structuration du flux de nouveaux produits. De plus, au travers d'une étude longitudinale rétrospective de 18 PME de haute technologie, il propose d'identifier les diverses trajectoires de stratégies de nouveaux produits depuis la création de la firme, en termes de structuration de flux et de construction de portefeuille de produits. Enfin, il tente d'examiner leur effet sur la performance à long terme des PME.
