L'implantation d'hypermarché : Comparaison de deux méthodes d'évaluation potentielle

Abstract

Cet article compare deux méthodes d'estimation du C.A. prévisionnel en matière d'implantation d'un nouvel hypermarché. La première de ces méthodes est basée sur la construction d'un modèle économétrique de type M.C.I. (Multiplicative Competitive Interactive Model). La seconde est un S.I.A.D. qui reproduit le raisonnement d'un "expert'", en l'occurrence, le responsable des problèmes d'implantation pour l'enseigne considérée. L'article présente les résultats obtenus lors de l'expérimentation de ces deux méthodes et développe leurs divergences méthodologiques ainsi que leurs limites respectives.
