Abstract

Cet article compare huit logiciels d'analyse statistique en tenant compte des besoins propres à l'enseignement du marketing. A partir d'une définition du contenu l'enseignement des statistiques appliquées au marketing, trois groupes de logiciels sont distingués en fonction du niveau d'études supérieures auxquels ils s'adressent. Les points forts et les points faibles de chaque logiciel sont ensuite présentés en terme de techniques statistiques offertes et de facilité d'utilisation. Les critères de choix pédagogiques, techniques et économiques des logiciels sont également discutés.
