Abstract

Le développement des performances et la réduction des coûts des réseaux de télécommunication, en modifiant les conditions de fonctionnement des marchés et des systèmes hiérarchiques remettent en cause la définition des entreprises. Le développement des réseaux inter-entreprises modifiera l'organisation de la production et pourra constituer un nouveau type de barrières à l'entrée. Les marchés, rendus plus fluides, seront également plus instables pendant la période transitoire où les réseaux se substitueront à la circulation des supports physiques.
