MacStorming: système expérimental de gestion du processus créatif

Abstract

Les produits nouveaux sont une des clés du succès et de la croissance des entreprises. Les risques qui y sont associés, toutefois, sont tels que l'adoption d'une stratégie d'innovation requiert la génération d'un flux continu et programmé d'idées de produits nouveaux. Dans cet article, nous revoyons les principales méthodes qui sont, ou pourraient être utilisées par les entreprises au cours de la phase initiale de génération d'idées. Nous présentons une approche nouvelle d'aide à la créativité, appelée MacStorming, qui repose sur l'utilisation d'un ou plusieurs micro-ordinateurs pour conditionner le processus créatif et assister les entreprises dans la constitution, la mise à jour, et l'évaluation d'une banque d'idées de produits nouveaux. Quelques expériences menées en entreprise, permettent de porter un premier diagnostic sur l'utilité de cette approche nouvelle.
