La performance des nouveaux produits industriels: réexamen des recherches empiriques

Abstract

Dans cet article, nous réexaminons les résultats des recherches sur les déterminants de la performance de l'innovation industrielle. Les déterminants majeurs sont: a) Les facteurs stratégiques et organisationnels qui incluent le soutien de la direction générale, l'adéquation du projet à l'entreprise et l'interaction entre la R&D et le marketing; b) Les facteurs de R&D et de production qui incluent la supériorité du produit, l'effet d'expérience et de synergie, les bénéfices tirés par l'utilisateur du produit et la protection par des brevets; et c) Les facteurs de marché et d'environnement qui incluent le degré de compétition et la croissance du marché. Une analyse empirique montre la relation dynamique entre ces déterminants et la date de lancement du produit.
