Abstract

Les stocks mondiaux de blé ont fortement augmenté au cours de la campagne 2004/05 en raison de niveaux élevés de production. Ils devraient encore progressé dans les 5 principaux exportateurs, pesant dès lors sur les cours. Dans ce contexte, l'amélioration de la qualité des blés français reste une priorité pour conserver nos parts de marché. La perspective du développement de la filière bioéthanol est une voie à explorer.
