Abstract

Cette étude a été entreprise par le CFCE/DPA pour le compte de l'Observatoire Économique des IAA de Bretagne, dans le cadre de l'étude qu'il mène, étude visant à analyser les forces et les faiblesses des entreprises de la filière porcine bretonne par rapport à leurs concurrents de la CEE. Il s'agit d'études de cas menées dans trois pays (Allemagne, Espagne, Italie) destinées à illustrer des comportements d'entreprises et ciblées principalement sur : les orientations stratégiques en terme d'activité, les restructurations, les résultats économiques et financiers dans la mesure de leurs disponibilités, les stratégies commerciales (approvisionnement et ventes).
