L'affectation du travail dans les exploitations agricoles : une application du modèle du ménage producteur et consommateur

Abstract

Le modèle du ménage agricole intègre de façon simultanée le comportement de production et de consommation. Ce cadre analytique est appliqué pour analyser toutes les décisions de travail du ménage agricole, c'est-à-dire la demande de travail de l'exploitation et l'offre de travail des membres de la famille. L'utilisation de ce cadre théorique permet de différencier les différents statuts pouvant apparaître pour une exploitation. L'adoption de formes fonctionnelles particulières pour les fonctions de production et d'utilité permet d'illustrer la propriété de récursivité et d'étudier l'effet de la réforme de la politique agricole commune (PAC) sur le comportement de travail des ménages agricoles.
