Abstract

Le modèle MEGAFF (modèle d'équilibre général de l'agriculture et de l'agro-alimentaire français) est un modèle d'équilibre général calculable centré sur l'agriculture, l'agro-alimentaire et les relations économiques entre ces deux branches. Il permet, en particulier, d'évaluer les conséquences d'une réforme de l'Organisation commune de marché (OCM) du lait et des produits laitiers sur l'ensemble de la filière laitière française et sur l'ensemble de l'économie nationale. Les simulations présentées ont pour objectif premier d'évaluer les conséquences en termes de prix du lait payé au producteur de modifications des niveaux des instruments de la politique laitière de l'UE : prix d'intervention du beurre et de la poudre de lait écrémé, restitutions aux exportations des autres produits laitiers et niveau du quota laitier global.
