Abstract

Cette contribution a pour objectif d'interroger les relations que l'université d'Artois entretient avec son territoire et en particulier avec deux clusters, ainsi que l'influence de ces liens sur son identité. La théorie de Weick (1979) sur le sensemaking telle qu'elle est interprétée par Vidaillet (2003) au regard des dirigeants qui formulent leur agenda décisionnel constitue le cadre théorique de ces travaux. Cette recherche vise d'une part à examiner les processus décisionnels qui conduisent l'université d'Artois à interagir avec son territoire et, d'autre part, à analyser ces interrelations en tant que facteurs de changement vers une identité porteuse de sens. Sept entretiens ont été réalisés avec des acteurs ayant des responsabilités tant à l'université que dans les clusters étudiés. Une relation significative est établie entre la transformation de ces interrelations vers plus de créativité et l'évolution de l'identité de l'université d'Artois.
