Abstract

Après avoir étudié les taux administrés de la BCE*, les auteurs analysent les taux offerts comme le Libor et l'Euribor. Ceux-ci sont élaborés sur une base déclarative, ce qui crée un risque de manipulation (avéré au cours de ces dernières années) et s'appliquent à un ensemble de transactions aujourd'hui trop réduites pour qu'ils puissent encore être considérés comme des taux de référence. Des réflexions sont en cours pour leur remplacement.
