Abstract

Se fondant sur les théories des réseaux et la notion de gouvernement de Williamson puis de Heide, cet article montre l'existence dans les canaux de distribution japonais d'une firme pivot assurant les mêmes rôles de coordination et d'émulation entre les membres du canal que la firme pivot définie par les théories des réseaux.
