Analyse de la contribution des stratégies d’adaptation individuelles à la formation des réponses face au technostress : une approche exploratoire

Abstract

Les entreprises implémentent des technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC), sans toujours parvenir à offrir à leurs salariés les moyens de les utiliser efficacement. Dès lors, ces TIC peuvent générer du technostress et les entreprises ont alors du mal à en tirer tous les bénéfices attendus. Dans ce contexte, étant données les caractéristiques des TIC, souvent non ou peu modifiables par les utilisateurs, les stratégies d'adaptation individuelles apparaissent comme l'un des paramètres sur lesquels il est possible d'agir afin de favoriser l'atteinte des bénéfices escomptés des TIC. Cette étude propose d'examiner comment et dans quelle mesure les salariés répondent au technostress, et analyse le rôle des stratégies d'adaptation individuelles dans la formation de ces réponses. Une ébauche d'approche méthodologique est proposée. Les contributions attendues sont discutées.
