Abstract

Depuis plusieurs années, de nombreux outils ont été mis en place et testés afin de lutter contre les discriminations lors du processus de recrutement. Apparu récemment en France, le CV Vidéo (CVV) donne la possibilité au candidat de pouvoir expliquer de vive voix son parcours et ses motivations. L'objectif de cette communication est justement de se questionner sur l'utilité de ce nouvel outil pour réduire les discriminations à l'embauche. A partir d'une enquête menée en 2010-11 sur une population d'environ 1500 personnes à l'initiative de l'association Mozaïk RH, nous évaluons la portée du CVV, notamment sur des critères d'utilité que nous faisons émerger de la littérature. Nous montrons ainsi que le CVV a une utilité relative notamment pour lutter contre les discriminations, mais représente un outil d'influence pour faire évoluer les comportements sur le marché du recrutement.
