L'investissement régional en matériel de l'agriculture : la Bretagne par rapport à la France

Abstract

L'accroissement du capital notamment celui du matériel agricole a joue un rôle déterminant dans la croissance de l'agriculture en France et en particulier en Bretagne. C'est ainsi que le machinisme agricole était la première industrie de biens d'équipement en France dans les années soixante. Mais depuis 1975, on assiste a un retournement de tendance. En ce qui concerne le matériel, des 1980-1981 le montant des amortissements dépasse celui des investissements. Ce même phénomène apparait pour les bâtiments un peu plus tard en 1984-1985. L'industrie du machinisme agricole a donc vu ses effectifs considérablement chuter. Il importe de déterminer si la Bretagne a suivi la courbe nationale, ou au contraire a connu une évolution particulière.
