Abstract

Cette communication présente une synthèse de la prospective alimentaire mondiale à horizon 2010-2030, à partir des résultats de modélisation et de simulation des principaux organismes internationaux, en centrant l'attention sur l'IFPRI (International Food Policy Research Institute) et la FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization).
