Abstract

Cet article propose une lecture originale du crowdsourcing comme système sociotechnique. Partant d'exemples contrastés de plates-formes, nous retenons trois controverses pour appréhender les enjeux que pose le crowdsourcing en matière de gestion du travail et des ressources humaines. Le crowdsourcing apparaît comme un mode de captation de ressources cognitives qui, entre nouvelles formes de division du travail et géographie renouvelée des compétences, réactive certains paradoxes du travail, le faisant osciller entre déni et ré-enchantement.
