Abstract

La sous-performance à long terme des entreprises récemment introduites en Bourse est un phénomène constaté sur la plupart des places boursières. L'éclatement de la bulle internet et la débâcle des entreprises du secteur en fournit une illustration récente. L'histoire semble s'être répétée car au début des années 1980, le second marché, terre d'accueil des entreprises à forte croissance, a été le théâtre de tels événements. Les raisons de cette sous-performance doivent être recherchées aussi bien auprès de l'entreprise et de sa stratégie de croissance que du marché et des tensions spéculatives qui s'exercent.
